Make a Difference The Manager of Lutherwood Referral Services will supervise and be responsible for admissions to all MSA operated programs and be responsible for area operation metrics that include referral volume, ADC, referral responsiveness, and ICPR authorization performance. The Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with referral stakeholders over a multi-state region, serving as a clinical liaison with referral sources to advise on care placement, program development, as well as ensuring billing, authorizations, and collection processes are managed effectively. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications 3+ years: Knowledgeable about major systems that serve youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice and education (Required). 5+ years: Two years experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling people, preferably in a residential treatment facility (Required). 4 year / Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field (Required). Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Required). Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) (Required) Current Indiana driver's license and insurance
