We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Family Medicine Care, Zionsville office at 55 Brendon Way, Suite 100 Zionsville, IN 46077.   Highlights Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine trained Advanced Practice Provider to work at our outpatient Family Medicine Care, Zionsville practice.   A comprehensive and integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) A competitive compensation and benefits package   Experience Family Medicine experience as a Nurse Practitioner is recommended   Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
