This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 650 physicians in Kokomo, IN.

Full spectrum of GYN procedures including minimally invasive procedures
Average of 200 deliveries per physician each year
Renovated Birthing Center
8 LDR rooms
Surgical area
6 bed neonatal ICU (Level 2) with Giraffe machine
16 postpartum rooms

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Ob/Gyn and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
