Residential Care Associate

You'll facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and help residents navigate daily life with dignity and respect. ##### What You 'll Do * ##### Ensure resident safety and well-being through active supervision and documentation * ##### Lead and support therapeutic and recreational group activities * ##### Transport residents to appointments and community outings * ##### Collaborate with treatment teams and communicate relevant updates * ##### Intervene appropriately using behavior management techniques * ##### Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights ##### What We 're Looking For * ##### Minimum age: 21 * ##### High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's in human services preferred * ##### Experience with adolescents in residential care is a plus * ##### Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred * ##### Ability to complete required training, background checks, and CPR certification ##### Physical Requirements * ##### Active role with standing, walking, and occasional bending * ##### On-site presence required * ##### Ability to communicate clearly and use a computer regularly ##### Ready to make a difference?
