**J****ob Summary**
Provides assessment and nursing intervention in the Cancer Center Radiation Oncology department. Recognizes and initiates appropriate actions in emergency situations. Contributes nursing expertise in the development of policies, procedures and standards of patient care. Contributes to the educational process for patients, and imaging staff.
Job Requirements
**M****ini mum Education Requirement :**
Graduate of an accredited nursing school, BSN preferred. Spanish bilingual preferred.
## Minimum Experience Requirement :
Two (2) years of nursing experience in an oncology setting, including medical or surgical oncology practice, infusion center, radiation oncology, or inpatient oncology unit. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
## Minimum License Requirement :
California RN License. BLS and ACLS required. PICC Certification within 6 months of hire/transfer. OCN preferred. Ongoing education of 12 cancer related continuing nursing education hours annually.

Pay Range:
$50.93 - $77.88
