Jr Business Analyst EVS NFS

Shift: Day

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and work as needed

Summary: The Jr. Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing BH Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) and BH Environmental Services (EVS) data with the objective of improving the value and financial performance of both through recommended strategic and tactical actions. This position will work with leadership of NFS and EVS to identify improvements in the financial performance of those departments, perform department level financial reviews, perform business opportunity financial analysis, and prepare quarterly and long-term forecasts. Will focus on Quality and Process Improvement, utilizing BH NOBL and NRC (HCAHPS) comments to track service recovery opportunities and develop quality improvement plans. Position will report directly to the Senior Business Analyst of System Support Services.

Other information:  Experience & Skills: At least three (3) years of related experience. Ability to understand complex financial statements.  Must have the ability to learn BH financial software products, including Lawson and Perceptive Content.  Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).  This position requires excellent communication and writing skills.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
