We have been named Becker's Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare and named to the Forbes 2025 list of America's Best Employers. *Free FirstHealth Fitness Membership*Great Benefits package*Retirement with a match ResponsibilitiesLab Collection Center & Courier Supervisor Job SummaryResponsible for managing and supervising courier services, and FirstHealth Laboratory Collection Centers.  Serves as the liaison between the laboratory and collection centers.  Responsibilities include oversight and management of workflows for patient registration, and collection of specimens at the various laboratory collection sites.  Develops and oversees processes and procedures for couriers and collection center staff.  Responsibilities include staff training, competency and management of laboratory staff in the collection centers, and couriers.  Develops policies and procedures.Ensures standardization of work between collection centers.   Manages staff schedules, performance, and evaluations.  Follows up problems and implements corrective actions.  Monitors performance and quality metrics for collection centers and courier services.  Manages customer service expectations.  Works with the various teams in the onboarding process for new clinics and services. QualificationsLab Collection Center & Courier Supervisor Job QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor of SciencePreferred- Certified MLT, MLS, or Phlebotomist2 years of laboratory experience: hospital, reference lab or physician office labProficient at Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent customer service skills
