Your day-to-day responsibilities include: * Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care * Using critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe, effective care * Communicating clearly with patients, families, and the care team * Coordinating and directing nursing care based on best practices * Contributing to positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced, rewarding environment This position includes working every other weekend.
