Job Description
OverviewFinancial/analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Skilled with technology including Telehealth platforms. Excellent customer service skills. Extensive knowledge of insurance rules, including reimbursement, third-party payers, pre-certification, ICD-10, and CPT coding. Maintain strict confidentiality of medical, financial, and staff related information. Able to perform several tasks at once in an organized manner. Extensive knowledge of various medical software systems required, including TeleVideo. Strong organizational and people skills. Knowledge of medications and their effects on patients. QualificationsEducation/formal training/licensure/certifications/experience:Must have a valid NC LPN License or CMA Certification with a national accredited organization. Minimum one year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment. Preferred, but not required, Family Medicine work experience.
