Ensures classes are dynamic, safe, and effective for participants of all fitness levels while promoting overall health and wellness.    ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead well-structured, engaging aquatic workout sessionsIncorporate a variety of routines and movement patterns to enhance participant experienceEnsure classes are dynamic, safe, and effective for all fitness levelsProvide guidance and modifications based on individual needs and abilitiesFoster a welcoming and motivating environment for participantsMonitor class safety and ensure proper execution of exercisesMaintain knowledge of current fitness trends and aquatic exercise techniquesCommunicate effectively with participants to promote overall health and wellness QualificationsMust have National Group Exercise Certification and previous teaching experience.  If applicant does not have National certification, it must be obtained within six months of employment.  Experience is required.
