Behavioral Health Counselor - Brook Lane Brook Lane is seeking a compassionate and motivated LMSW, LGPC, LCSW‑C, or LCPC to join our Cumberland, MD team. You will: * Complete psychosocial and mental health assessments to identify patient needs. * Diagnose, counsel, and support patients and families through a variety of behavioral health challenges. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote healing, stability, and improved functioning. * Provide education, resources, and referrals to help patients adjust to illness and maintain optimal personal and family well‑being. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
