Brook Lane Clinical Therapist - Laurel Hall School (Hagerstown, MD Campus) Full‑Time | 80 Hours Bi‑Weekly | Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Brook Lane is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our Laurel Hall School team in Hagerstown, MD. This is a meaningful opportunity to support school‑aged children and adolescents through therapeutic services that promote emotional well‑being, academic success, and personal growth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a supportive environment where students can thrive. ## What You 'll Do * Provide therapeutic services to Laurel Hall students, including individual and group counseling. * Support students ' emotional and behavioral needs within a school‑based setting. * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services. * Maintain documentation and complete required trainings in accordance with Brook Lane and regulatory standards. ## Qualifications ### Education * Completion of a Master 's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program. ### Experience * Training and/or experience working with school‑aged children and adolescents in clinical, educational, or behavioral health settings. ### Licensure & Certifications * LCSW‑C or LCPC (licensed at the certified clinical level). * Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification. * Valid Driver 's License and driving record meeting Meritus vehicle policy requirements. * Annual submission of a certified driving record and signed acknowledgment of Attestation A per Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy. ## Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff. * Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. * Commitment to maintaining licensure requirements and completing assigned trainings.
