Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all aspects of the maintenance department, including facilities, grounds, and associated utilities. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment that supports daily operations across the organization. The position reports directly to the Brook Lane Manager of Facilities Engineering. ## Education * High school diploma or GED required * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred ## Experience * 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred * Broad background in mechanical and construction work, including electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, carpentry, and life safety code requirements * Previous management or supervisory experience required ## Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Ability to train staff on equipment operation and job‑specific tasks * Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and schedule‑based instructions * Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating manuals, and maintenance documentation * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and correspondence * Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Programs * Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural principles * Experience writing employee evaluations, maintenance procedures, and job descriptions * Computer literacy required ## Caring for Our Team We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well‑being and professional growth.
