The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN#s in providing individualized goal directed patient care. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire.
