Transfer Center Nurse (RN)

Job Overview: The Transfer Call RN is responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient transfers into the health system from both internal facilities and external hospitals. This role serves as a central communication hub, ensuring timely, efficient, and clinically appropriate placement of patients while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
