Gifford Retirement Community is seeking a per diem#Activities Specialist to work in our Menig Nursing Home. Are you interested in coordinating fun recreational programs for our resident population?# The Activities Specialist position could be for you.# This position assists with planning and implementation of engaging activities to meet our senior population interests.##The Activities Specialist is an essential member of our community always ensuring an environment of inclusion, support, and spontaneity.# # Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Demonstrated interest in working with seniors Previous experience in Long Term Care setting preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong time management/organizational skills Ability to multitask and communicate professionally and effectively Passion for maintaining positive attitude and a desire to enrich the lives of our senior population.
