Gifford Medical Center is seeking an experienced or new graduate Physical Therapist to work in our Sharon Health Center location.#The successful candidate will#select evaluation methods appropriate to the diagnosis, age group and patients physical and emotional status and formulates appropriate treatment plans.# Our team at the Sharon Health Center consists of four physical therapists, an occupational therapist, athletic trainer and a physical therapy assistant that all work together to provide high quality care.# Your teammates have decades of practical experience with many specialized areas of interest.# We encourage and will support those who wish to pursue a current discipline of interest or develop specific skills in conjunction with the needs of the department.# The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, decision making abilities and attention to detail are required.# Strong time management skills along with being an active team member, and hold a strong orientation toward patient-centered treatment are essential.# # Requirements: Current PT license#in the State of Vermont required.
