Childcare partnership with Children’s Learning Center Key Responsibilities - Lead the end‑to‑end process for tracking progress on enterprise and service line strategic plans, partnering with operational leaders to translate them into action-oriented tactical plans with clearly defined milestones and KPIs and consistently monitoring progress against those plans. - Identify execution risks, performance gaps, and interdependencies; proactively surface issues and partner with leaders to drive timely resolution. - Keep executive leadership and the Board apprised of progress against the strategic plan, highlighting areas requiring additional attention and supporting problem‑solving with accountable leaders. - Design and leverage dashboards and reporting tools to understand performance trends, underlying drivers, and areas of concern. - Partner with the analytics team to ensure dashboards remain accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with evolving strategic needs. - Build and sustain strong relationships with executives, service line leaders, and other stakeholders to understand strategic context and operational realities. - Own and recommend enhancements to approaches, workflows, and tools to accelerate execution. - As capacity allows, support select enterprise or service line initiatives that advance the strategic plan, providing structure, project management, and problem‑solving as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college required; Master’s Degree preferred. - 7+ years of project management experience required. - 5+ years of clinical process improvement experience preferred. - 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional teams. - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated experience using data in a structured way to drive decision-making.
