Physician - Emergency Medicine PRN

Position Highlights: * Flexible Supplemental scheduling ** with various day, evening, and night shifts available. * Dedicated Hospitalist service for admissions and robust subspecialty support at each location. * Integrated Epic EMR system across all clinics and hospitals. ### Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive Hourly rate of $285 an hour. ### Practice Details: * 7 employed physicians in the Emergency Medicine group. * Primary location: Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL. * 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on staff. * Shift Structure: * Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM) staffed with 1 physician & 1 APP. * Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) staffed with 1 nocturnist physician & 1 APP. * Average daily patient encounters: 55. * Average daily admissions at Marion campus: 11. * Referral base: ED visits, direct admissions, and regional transfers. * Subspecialty support: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Colorectal Surgery, and more.
