As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in the Neuro Cardiac Unit at Gateway, you'll be directly involved in patient care on a unit that handles some of the most complex and rewarding cases in the hospital. You won't just be supporting care--you'll be part of the team delivering it. With central telemetry monitoring and a diverse patient population, this is a place where your skills grow quickly and your work is always meaningful. ## What You 'll Do You'll provide essential, hands-on care that patients depend on: * Assist with bathing, hygiene, toileting, and linen changes * Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning * Take and record vital signs that guide clinical decisions * Document patient information accurately in medical records * Offer compassionate support, including care for patients at end of life This is a role where presence, empathy, and attention to detail truly matter.
