Advanced Practice Provider - Gynecologic Oncology-Full Time Join Our Team The Women's Cancer Center is seeking an ACNP, FNP, or PA to join a high-acuity Gynecologic Oncology program in Newburgh, Indiana. This is a full-time position supporting a growing cancer program with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Position Overview: The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive oncology care. This role includes a blend of clinic, hospital-based care, and surgical support, with a focus on maintaining efficient patient flow, optimizing access, and supporting high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as surgical first assist in gynecologic oncology procedures * Provide independent and shared outpatient clinic visits * Perform inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge coordination * Support care coordination across the continuum of care * Participate in call rotation * Assist with urgent patient evaluations and symptom management * Contribute to efficient clinic, inpatient, and perioperative workflow Practice Environment: * High-acuity, procedure-driven oncology specialty * Collaborative, team-based model with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff * Emphasis on patient-centered care, access, and operational efficiency * Opportunity to support a growing cancer program with increasing patient volume Qualifications: * Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current licensure * Oncology, surgical, or inpatient experience preferred * Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience Requirements: * Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred * Experience in oncology, surgical specialties, or inpatient care strongly preferred * Demonstrated ability to manage patients in both outpatient and hospital-based settings * Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork * Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment Education: * Master's degree in nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program required * Graduate of an accredited ACNP, FNP, or PA program * Current certification by ANCC or AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA) required * Eligible for or current licensure in the State of Indiana * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred
