This leadership role is essential in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while supporting and guiding a team of technologists in a collaborative healthcare environment. **Main Function:** Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Radiological Technologist performs a variety of technical and professional procedures in the application of prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis and therapy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols * Ensure quality control and optimal patient care * Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines * Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support clinical excellence **Education & Certification:** * Registered with the **American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)** * **Connecticut State License** required * **Associate 's Degree** required; **Bachelor 's Degree** preferred **Experience:** * One (1) year clinical experience as a staff radiographer.
