Position Opening: Transporter

Salary Range: $18.70 - $32.29 per hour based upon union contract

Position Summary: Perform duties involving the movement of patients, specimens, supplies and equipment to
and from specified locations. Sucessful completion of physical assessment ability by PT Department.

Job Requirements: BLS within 3 months of date of hire; Physically able to push wheelchairs, stretchers and
wheeled beds; Physically able to lift, transfer and transport patients; Near constant mobility including: standing,
bending, lifting and walking the majority of the shift; Able to communicate by telephone, pager and mobile
phone
