Position Opening: Phlebotomist

Salary Range: $21.84- $33.41 per hour based upon union contract

Position Summary: The Phlebotomist identifies patients, collects specimens, performs various
technical and clerical functions, and uses computers systems.

Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; experience in Phlebotomy is preferred;
Washington State Medical Assistant – Phlebotomist license required within 90 days of employment;
Laboratory staff will provide training and documentation, employee will be required to submit the
application and fees; good organizational skills; able to prioritize; good stamina with flexibility and
frequent bending over; able to lift 40 pounds from floor to chair; able to lift 5 pounds overhead.
