Harney District Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Team. This position will be responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services. This position is responsible for evaluation, treatment, reassessment, and documentation of Transitional Care, inpatients, outpatients and home health. Volume in each setting depends on patient census.
