Summary:
Our RNs are responsible for providing direct patient care in Med Surg, ICU, ER and the Family Birthing Center. Our Registered Nurses are crossed trained in each department and experience a wide variety of specialties and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care.
Evaluate patient changes and outcomes; consult with other health care providers and adjust nursing care processes as indicated.
Personalize care plans to meet the needs of the patient.
Maintain accurate and current nursing documentation.
Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity.
Prepares and administers medications. Reconciles medications upon admission, when level of care changes and upon discharge.
Regularly assess pain, medicate as ordered, and document response.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Oregon
CPR / BLS cert preferred
NRP preferred
ENCP / PALS preferred
TNCC preferred

Desirable Requirements:

At least one year (1) of nursing experience in a Rural Critical Access Hospital.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Job Type: Full – Time
Hours Per Week: 36
Schedule: 3 x 12
Pay: $40.19/hr - $63.81/hr DOE
Plus a $4.25/hr Night Shift Differential
