Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Registered Nurses with admissions, transfers, and discharging patients
Respond to call lights in a timely fashion
Measure and record output, collect specimens, give perineal care
Provide comfort and safety measures as needed
Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene tasks

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

Possession of a current CNA1 or CNA2 certification with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
CPR / BLS cert preferred
Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
Knowledge of general office practices (data entry, telephone systems, spelling)
General knowledge of confidentiality concepts and requirements

Job Type: Full – Time
Hours Per Week: 36
Schedule: 3 x 12
Pay: $18.55/hr - $24.94/hr depending on experience
