Reporting to the VP & CTO, this role ensures that AI technologies are used ethically, securely, and effectively to advance Harris Health's mission of innovative, high-quality community care. The Director will manage the system lifecycle of embedded and enterprise AI solutions, maintain an inventory of AI assets, monitor their usage and benefits, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies and applicable Texas and federal regulations on AI in healthcare.This role leads a team of AI specialists in the IT department and coordinates closely with stakeholders across procurement, legal, compliance, security, clinical operations, and the AI Governance Committee.
