JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY Under supervision of a physical therapist, provides physical therapy treatments to all ages to maximize patient function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions. PRN position but looking for fairly regular coverage 1 full day per week or 2 partial days pending availability in outpatient ortho setting. Additional hours available if willing to train for occasional inpatient assist. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional # Technical Skills Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills. Education Minimum of an associate#s degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
