Surgical Technician II

Responsible for assisting the peri-operative team in many aspects of patient care, including but not limited to, patient care assistance, care of the environment, functioning competently in the C/S Department, and scrubbing minor surgical cases.# Duties are performed under the direct supervision of the OR Charge Nurse, O.R. Manager and the Director of Surgical Services.# Position requires 8, or#10-hour shifts to cover department Monday - Friday 06:30 - 17:00.# Position requires individual to assume #on call# duty on a rotating basis.# Call required to cover evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays # Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Required CST Certification Required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Excellent Customer Service # Communication Skills Required
