A Pharmacist at Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is an integral part of the pharmacy team providing support to patients, staff, and the community. We're looking for an amazing Pharmacist with at least 2 years of retail experience to join our team in a per diem capacity. Per diem employees work up to 16 hours per week and help keep operations going when the need arises. We have a tight-knit Pharmacy team that is committed to providing the very highest quality care. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required
Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing
Current Washington State pharmacy preceptor preferred
Knowledge and experience in hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred
Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital and/or retail pharmacy preferred
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification (Inpatient) required within one year of date of hire
Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications and licenses indicated above, and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements

Schedule
1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Days can vary
