Possess a strong bias for ACTION

The role
As a recruiter with Jefferson Healthcare you will be a part of a HIGHLY COLLABORATIVE TA team. You will leverage your recruiting expertise to drive your book of business and best practices to elevate the internal talent processes. The recruiters and TA team get to solve problems for the organization - the largest in the county. They get to work closely and collaboratively with their hiring leaders, and ultimately, they get to make an enormous difference, bringing in top tier talent to the organization.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree, preferred
One or more years of Human Resources or related experience required
Recruiting experience preferred
Five or more years of general office experience preferred
Three or more years of within the Human Resources field preferred
Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
Professional-level Human Resources certification and/or license preferred
