Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a standout Education Coordinator to join the education team working closely with and reporting to the Education Program Manager.

The Role
As the Education Coordinator you will work hand in hand with the Education Program Manager to build up the education program for the entire hospital. There is a lot of new and exciting work to be done and this role is key to bringing education initiatives to life.
Along with supporting the education programs administratively, this role will facilitate and coordinate system-wide trainings and develop tracking tools. This unique role creates a dynamic opportunity to help build something from the ground up so the successful candidate will have to be comfortable with growth.

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Two years of related work experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare or education setting
BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire
