As a key member of the patient care team, our RN's are providing direct nursing care adapted to the individual patient needs based on the nursing process. Our RNs should be adept at at assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. As a nurse at Jefferson Healthcare you will promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must, as a nurse may delegate to and supervise support nursing staff who are participating in the provision of care. This fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes, but your positive attitude ensures your success.
Qualifications

Current Washington state RN license in good standing
CPR/BLS Certification required
Two years' experience in hospital/clinic environment preferred
Specialty areas may require additional experience and certifications

Schedule
Temporary employees may be assigned to work up to 40 hours per week.
0.90 FTE, 36 hours/week, 12 hour shifts
