Summary SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process.EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience; one year ICU.Experienced nurses must have ACLS upon hire, graduate nurses and nurses new to Critical Care must attain ACLS within 12 months of hire/transition.OTHER: Basic computer skillsLICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) within 1 year of hire Preferred: CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
