Investigates and responds to questions received via telephone, email or online portal, escalating complex inquiries to appropriate departments as needed. Performs transactions related to one or more HR specialties with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedure.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/LicensureHigh School Diploma or GED.
