Seasonal Registered Nurse - NICU

We offer opportunities that will allow our seasonal contractors to consider full time or part time conversions but also be eligible for contract extensions depending on team’s coverage. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and deemed competent to work independently. Extensions may be an option, as well as, transition into a full-time role. • Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care • Assists physicians during examinations and procedures • Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse • Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills 21 • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

QUALIFICATIONS: • FL RN license • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred • BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications through ARC or AHA • 1 year experience
