, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $39.35 an hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
As the
Lead HVAC Tech, you will be asked to lead the department
in maintaining all the HVAC equipment within the hospital. Duties include inspecting, testing and operating all HVAC equipment and systems, incorporating a preventive maintenance program, repairing and replacing systems, sub-systems, equipment and parts as needed, as well as inspecting, adjusting and maintaining controls to provide a comfortable and safe environment.
Required:
High School diploma/equivalent
Trade School diploma
EPA certification
Refrigeration
License
4–6 years of experience
Must have knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools and proven skills in heating and ventilation.
