Join Meritus Health as a Residential Care Associate and become a vital part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to safety, compassion, and growth. ##### **Position Overview** ##### As a Residential Care Associate, you'll provide direct care to children and adolescents in a structured, supportive environment. You'll facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and help residents navigate daily life with dignity and respect. ##### **What You 'll Do** * ##### Ensure resident safety and well-being through active supervision and documentation * ##### Lead and support therapeutic and recreational group activities * ##### Transport residents to appointments and community outings * ##### Collaborate with treatment teams and communicate relevant updates * ##### Intervene appropriately using behavior management techniques * ##### Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights ##### **What We 're Looking For** * ##### Minimum age: 21 * ##### High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's in human services preferred * ##### Experience with adolescents in residential care is a plus * ##### Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred * ##### Ability to complete required training, background checks, and CPR certification ##### **Physical Requirements** * ##### Active role with standing, walking, and occasional bending * ##### On-site presence required * ##### Ability to communicate clearly and use a computer regularly ##### **Ready to make a difference?** Apply today and help shape a safe, empowering environment for youth in care. ##### **Caring for Our Team**** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
