Operational DutiesRequired to float to all 3 Emergency DepartmentsMay be reassigned to another site once during shiftRequired to take a full assignmentRequires flexibility due to shift determination within 1 hour of shift start timeMinimum Years of Experience: ED RN with at least two years ED experienceMinimum Education: Graduate of accredited Nursing schoolCertification/Credentials: Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain.Current ACLS & BLSPreferred Years of Experience:Triage experience or complete training during orientation Preferred Education: BSN or ADN/ASN or actively enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of hireProfessional certification in clinical specialty or obtain within 1 year of hire Preferred Certification/Credentials:TNCC or complete within 18 months of hire ENPC or complete within 18 months of hire Comprehensive Benefits OfferedCompetitive and affordable benefits packageShift DifferentialsContinuing Education assistanceTuition reimbursementStudent Loan relief through FiduciusQuick commute access from I-84, Route 9 and surrounding areas
