We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care Services team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care in a home setting, helping patients recover, manage chronic conditions, and maintain independence—all with the compassion and professionalism that define NMC Health. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs Developing and implementing individualized care plans Providing direct nursing care and health education in the home environment Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services Delegating tasks and supporting other team members in patient care Your strong clinical skills, empathy, and ability to work independently will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience: Computer knowledge required Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient Manages time effectively Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical experience preferred Licensure, registration or certification: Associate degree (ADN) or bachelor’s degree (BSN) from ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required NMC Health offers competitive pay with rich differentials.
