We are currently seeking a Receptionist Specialist to support our Specialty Clinic. In this front-facing role, you will serve as the first impression for patients and visitors while supporting day-to-day operations in a busy clinic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient check-in/check-out, managing phone communication, and helping maintain a positive and professional atmosphere. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or some college coursework preferred Completion of a medical terminology course preferred 1-2 years of experience in an office reception setting preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Join our Team!
