Assists and maintains compensation data in Workday, policies and procedures (which include job evaluation, salary administration, performance appraisal, promotion, review employee pay structures, salary surveys, FTE productivity emphasis, HRIS input and maintenance, employee  transactions, and other wage & salary initiatives) while ensuring the integrity, cost effectiveness and competitiveness of such programs.  Assists in other general employment functions of the HR department as necessary. Job SummaryJob SummaryActs as a compensation consultant to leadership positions and Administration.Conducts job market research, analysis and develops recommendations in order to maintain NRHS in a competitive position within the job market.Reviews and approves job profiles, initial and annual competency forms.Reviews employees pay structures.Provides guidance to Human Resources Specialist and Assistants.Maintains Workday information.Works on special projects that require research, analysis and recommendations with cost implications. QualificationsQualificationsStrong analytical skills preferredThe ability to work independently or collaboratively preferredProficient in Excel—MS Excel Expert or LinkedIn Excel Skill Assessment Badge preferredPrior experience with Workday systems preferredEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS, Human Resources, or other related field is preferredExperienceTwo (2) years of experience in Human Resources; or three (3) years professional experience in an analyst role, e.g., Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Systems Analyst, Decision Support Analyst, etc., is required ScheduleM-F Days Work ShiftDay Position TypeRegular Full Time
