Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - PRN - Nights

Departmental OverviewCompensation$27.83- $45.46/hr (based on previous work experience) + $2.50 PRN I differential - 3 shifts per 6 week schedule.$35 flat rate PRN II - 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule. $42 flat rate PRN III - 12 shifts in a 6 week schedule.  Evening differential $2.50/hr.Night differential $3.00/hr.Weekend differential $3.00/hr.Our Emergency Departments operate 24/7 and provide stabilization and life-saving care to 95,000+ patients each year.  We operate as a Level III trauma center, take care of all medical emergencies, specialize in patients with active strokes and heart attacks, work with two dozen EMS agencies, and collaborate with ED physicians, residents, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. Norman Regional ED has 45 beds, Norman Regional Nine has 12 beds and Moore ED has 13 beds. QualificationsEducationDiploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.ExperiencePrevious experience in healthcare field preferred.(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure/CertificationCurrent Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.  Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
