Position Statement The Primary Care MA#is responsible for preparing patients for their provider visit in a timely manner while following appropriate policies and workflows for each visit type.#The MA works closely with the entire care team, communicating any outliers in the expected process.#They may perform additional duties such as immunizations, suture removals, and prior authorizations once signed off on by clinical educator. ###################################################################################################################### Key Responsibilities: Pre-visit preparation paperwork and care gap identification. Point of care testing as directed by provider or RN. Restocking exam rooms. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Maintains current MA certification or completion of NCH-approved program. BLS required. Ability to follow office procedures and policies required for specific visit types. Experience working in a healthcare clinic or outpatient setting a plus. Pay Information: $19.09 - $22.49 hourly#
