### What You'll Do

* Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management

* Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings

* Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children

* Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care

* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies

### What You'll Bring

* Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

* Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred

* Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills

* Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment

* Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
