RADIATION THERAPIST- HIRING FOR AUGUST 2026

**_JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:_** **Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:** * Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program. * Must be on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T), and Iowa Department of Public Health Permit to Practice. * Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter. * Knowledge of current IDPH regulation. * Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required. New employees certify within three (3) months after hire date. * Previous clinical experience preferred. * Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. * Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. * Must be able to work under pressure due to fluctuating workloads and deadlines. * High degree of empathetic listening, tact and kindness toward others. * Ability to communicate well verbally. Must work effectively as a member of a team. * Strong computer knowledge. * Technical skills associated with duties listed within this job description. Must be competent in all assigned areas. * Must demonstrate collaborative and problem-solving skills as required for this position.
