**SCHEDULE: 0630-1500 WEEKEND ROTATION: Every 3rd Weekend** **_JOB SUMMARY:_** Performs a variety of duties related to the production and serving of food to patients, residents, staff, visitors, and special functions. Functions as a member of the department's team to continuously improve services. **Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:**** ** * Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. * Prior experience in a food service setting. * Ability to organize tasks and work in a busy environment. * Ability to work with little or no supervision. * Ability to follow detailed instruction.
