Job Description

Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $24.30-$34.46 Hourly however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Title: Groundskeeper Work Schedule for this Position: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm Company Statement: Pullman Regional is an innovative, patient-focused, multi-disciplinary based work environment where all members of the team contribute to the exceptional care of our patients and the community. Position Overview: The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds for the organization including lawns, planting areas, parking, irrigation, pruning, edging, weed control, equipment maintenance and other duties as needed. In the Winter months there will be indoor work to patch and paint as needed. The groundskeeper is part of the maintenance department has the support of the maintenance engineers as needed. A Day in the Life: Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner while prioritizing the most important and critical tasks first. Must be able to maintain and repair irrigation systems. Must be able to use a wide range of landscaping equipment. Be able to work independently and as a team. About You! This Job is For You if You Have: High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain a pesticide applicators license. Must be able to work outdoors in a range of conditions. Must be able to safely use a range of equipment such as mower, trimmer, blower, edger, tractor and UTV as well as hand tools such as shovels and rakes.
