CNA, PRN

The Ruby Valley Medical Center is accepting applications for a per diem Certified Nurse's Aide for back-up and staff emergencies.   Qualifications:  Must possess a Montana CNA license and be CPR qualified. Working  knowledge of established nurse aide procedures and guidelines. Skills in the use of proper lifting techniques, the use of mechanical lifts,  scales, and other typical equipment used in nursing procedures. Ability  to communicate effectively with residents and staff. Ability to follow direction, read, write, and maintain visual acuity. Ability to work in a safe manner following established policies and general safety rules.  Physical demands include, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching,  squatting, and extensive standing.   Must be motivated and a team player. This is a varied shift position. Orientation will be provided.
